Precision
CNC Machining
Our mixture of 3-axis and 4-axis twin pallet machining centres, all with with versatile work holding equipment for rapid setup, allow us to handle one offs to batches of thousands. All machines can mill, drill, bore and tap.
Metrology
Our climate controlled metrology department focuses on supporting our manufacturing department, ensuring the accuracy of the parts we produce. We also provide FAIRs and CMM services to third parties.
Precision
CNC Turning
New in 2023, our turning department was opened to provide turned parts for our existing customers. Our bar fed machines can turn, thread and mill and drill parts both axially and radially.

Engineering

EDM Wire Cutting
& Die Sinking
Our EDM wire cutting and die sinking machinery is used to produce otherwise unmachinable geometries. Our team of skilled technicians has the knowledge and expertise necessary to create precision parts for all types of projects.
Rework & Repair
Precision rework and repair services for your parts and equipment. Our expert team of technicians are on hand whether you need spark erosion removal of a broken tap or drill, or a welded component cover removing on a milling machine.
